We’ll work closely with your (or our) draftsman or architect to make sure your home is designed perfectly.

Then we’ll build it quickly, professionally and in a controlled manner.

We’ll report to you fortnightly on progress and we’ll keep a tight control on costs. You’ll get a house you want at a price you’re expecting.

You’re building your dream home – to your design and you want it to be just now how you want it. That’s the point of building your own place. The process of the design, the land purchase and the build is also important – you want to work with a partner who understands both the process and how you’ll be feeling along the way and who wants to help you enjoy your project and get the home you desire. WE DON’T RUSH OUR CONSULTATIONS

Before we start a build, we take enough time to sit with you, so that we can be 100% clear about your vision. This is so that we can determine if your ideas are feasible, if there are any alternative options available and what the estimated cost and timeline will be to complete it. We’ll draw up plans but with the expectations that these will be altered before you’re happy for us to proceed. Once your plans are finalised, a formal quote will be drafted.

If land purchase is part of your project, we can advise and assist – you won’t be on your own buying land.

AFTER YOU SIGN YOUR CONTRACT

After you sign your contract, we’ll go one step further and further finalise your plans – we’ll take care of extra details such as surveying that needs to be done and submitting drafted plans to your local council for feedback and approval. We’ll also prepare a way forward regarding your home’s engineering and to ensure it has the best possible star energy rating. 

DURING THE BUILDING PROCESS 

The process of building a new custom home can take time, and you won’t be able to be on site all the time to see how things are coming along. During the building process you’ll be regularly updated via the Fortnightly Project Report and there will be several important stages requiring on-site meetings. You will be fully informed, at all times, of the progress of your build.

THE HANDOVER

Only your home is completed we’ll organise a thorough inspection – with you to ensure you are happy with the final result before we sign off on the job as complete.
