Our office is in West Perth however we are happy to travel out to you for an appointment or video chat.

We can also meet you at our display home in Carlisle where you can view our work firsthand.

Do I need to take time off work to do my development?

NO, at jubilee homes we specialise in taking care of all aspects of your development so you hardly need to lift a finger. Drafting of plans, council submissions, sub-division, siteworks & construction.

I have an odd shape block, can you do a custom design?

YES, each development design is custom to suit your block and to get you the best outcomes.

How much does it cost to develop my land?

YES, each block we spend time doing all necessary due diligence with local councils, watercorp, western power, town planners to ensure we can develop to get you maximum results.

I have an existing house on a big block that I want to keep and build another house at the back, do you do this?

YES, ‘retain & build’ or ‘house behind house’ developments are quite common.
