Project Highlight
2022 was a busy year for Jubilee Home Builders. We worked on and completed many developments and renovations. House-behind-house developments were popular (retaining the front home & building on the back of the block) and we received many enquiries from homeowners looking into the potential of their block. Although we completed many successful developments these are just a few that stood out during the year.

Bannister Road, Padbury Triplex
This project stood out from our other triplexes with its amazing ocean views and 2-storey street front home. We understand time is money and the quicker a project is completed the better off our clients will be. We are proud to say this Padbury triplex was completed in 12 months. The owners were very happy with the outcome and had great results with the sale and lease of these properties.
Evans Place, Padbury Triplex
Evans place consisted of 3 spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes all with a home theatre and the front home with the bonus of a small home office (perfect for working from home). All homes had plenty of light provided by strategically positioned skylights which complimented the warm greys, whites and natural oak floors. The lucky buyers of these villas will also be enjoying close proximity to the beach, freeway access and Whitfords City. Like all our developments, we encourage our clients to buy in sought-after areas that will benefit the sale of the development upon completion.
Beck place, Warwick Quadplex
This quadplex was built in a cul-de-sac, close to Warwick Grove on an odd-shaped block. Regardless of the shape and angles, we were able to design and construct 4 spacious homes all with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Finding a block large enough and zoned appropriately for a quadplex is always a rare gem and an exciting project for us to take on.
Richards Road, High Wycombe
This home build was built on the front of a subdivided block. We’ve highlighted this job because of its natural light and use of plantation shutters throughout. You can check out the finished photos here.
Mary Street, Como
The Mary Street quadplex development began construction in 2022. These homes are being built in a great location across from Olives Reserve, close to the river, freeway, Perth City and Applecross. The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouses have a fantastic floor plan and carefully selected modern interior designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind. These townhouses are already generating a lot of interest and enquiries and we are very excited to see the end result. Completion is scheduled towards the second half of 2023.
