As a first-time developer I felt well-informed, confident and in the very best expert hands during the construction of my triplex during what must have been THE most challenging times in Perth’s building history, not to mention being located remotely for most of the process! Joe and his start-to-finish team negotiated the small hurdles along the way with calm expertise and have delivered an outstanding product that was quickly snapped up in the current rental market!
Communication is absolute key and Jubilee builders go above and beyond in this regard, even after completion, while little teething items pop up as with any new builds. Their openness to my ideas, expert use of my block, compliance with council rules, their designer finishes, and great team of tradies makes me keen to ‘do it all again’ when time and funds allow.

This was my first time building a house, during one of the biggest crises the building industry has faced, but Joe took the stress out of the whole process, delivering a great result when most other builders couldn’t even get a tradesmen on-site.

The experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. From the first time we met with Jubilee Home Builders it was a professional and friendly relationship. The communication from start to finish was always there, Joe (Managing Director) was always available for a phone call, always returned calls and responded to emails within 24hrs. We are most happy with the great workmanship, the quality of the house overall and the timely handling of all defects (all minor) post hand over. Jubilee Home Builders have just completed a new home build for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process.
The director Joe, was my sole point of contact, he was responsive to all my queries and was highly organized.
The project was a subdivide, build, and retain development. Jubilee handled everything from the council division approval, to setting the timers on the reticulation service. Even though we did have a few hurdles to overcome, they managed to finish the project a week ahead of schedule, at the fixed price.

Jubilee Home Builders helped us turn our 3×1 into a 4×2 home in Bayswater WA. The following was the main scope, with additional minor items added on later:
– New bedroom and ensuite bathroom
– Removal of internal wall to create open plan living/dining
Communication was excellent throughout, and they work with a great range of tradies.
Joe, the director, is responsive, reliable, has good ideas, and was great to work with. Jon, the building supervisor, is very experienced and hands-on.
Renovations (compared to new-builds) can have difficulties. Additionally, it is a challenging time for the building industry, where delays are to be expected. We are happy with how Joe worked with us to find solutions whenever something popped up.
